How long does delivery take?
We hold the majority of our products in stock so delivery is usually 1-2 working days, for Mainland UK. Delivery is charged by the parcel or pallet, and dependant on your postcode and weight.
Standard delivery of tiles are made by Palletways to a kerbside location. If there is an accessible delivery point that can be safely accessed using a pump truck then, at the delivery driver’s discretion, the pallet may be left there.
As the pallet will be moved by a manually operated fork truck, we cannot collect or deliver pallets on gravel drives, steep hills or to locations not at ground level.
Please ensure that the named contact is available at the delivery point to meet the driver.
A 2-hour delivery slot will be confirmed by our couriers on the morning of delivery.

Do you accepts returns?
All unused or unwanted items can be returned within 28 days for a full refund, providing it is returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If returning tiles, they would need to be correctly packaged and sent on a pallet to avoid breakages.
