Do you offer samples?

Before starting your project, it’s a good idea to get some free samples. We carefully pack our samples and box/bubble wrap for you – it’s all part pf our service. You can buy full size samples at the price per tile. Contact us for more information.

Is my sample a true representative of the tile?

The samples we send out are a small off-cut from a larger tile, so it’s a great reference for the general look, feel and finish of the tile, but may not always show the full variation.

In particular, natural stone can feature differing tones, veining and patterns from piece to piece, so we advise against using the sample for an exact match.

Please be aware that batches can differ a slightly, so it is advised to double check your tiles before installation. We recommend ordering an additional 10% to cover any cuts and wastage, and any spares you may need in the future.

The reason for the variations is down to the manufacturing process, kiln temperature, changes in glaze mix, calibration differences, and varying shades.

Do I need anything else with my tiles?

A suitable tile adhesive will be required.

Grout colour can play an important role in the overall finish of a room. By matching grout and
tile colours, you can create a complementary finish, whereas contrasting colours make for a more dynamic design.

We stock and supply all the tools and materials required for the installation of any job, from wetrooms to outdoor porcelain.

How do I protect and care for my tiles?

Some tiles may need sealing, especially natural stone as it is naturally porous and will stain easily. Regular care and maintenance of your tiles is the best way to protect them .

We will be able to advise, and supply, which cleaning & maintenance products are right for you.

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Amex). You can also pay by PayPal or Bank Transfer.

How long does delivery take?

We hold the majority of our tiles in stock so delivery is usually 1-2 working days, for Mainland UK. Delivery is charged by the pallet, and dependent on your postcode.

Standard delivery of tiles are made by Palletways to a kerbside location. If there is an accessible delivery point that can be safely accessed using a pump truck then, at the delivery driver’s discretion, the pallet may be left there.

As the pallet will be moved by a manually operated fork truck, we cannot collect or deliver pallets on gravel drives, steep hills or to locations not at ground level.

Please ensure that the named contact is available at the delivery point to meet the driver.

A 2-hour delivery slot will be confirmed by our couriers on the morning of delivery.
